    Yokun/Lenox Mtn./Kennedy Park trail conditions?

    Hey guys/gals-

Just wondering how Yokun/Lenox/Kennedy are coming along. Trail damage? Drying? Anything rideable?

    Thanks in advance!

    I heard bad news...

Ice storm this winter left TONS of trees down on yokun & port. roll - so a buddy tells me. I haven't been out yet but thinking of walking the trails with a saw if it is indeed as bad as reported - branches/trees every 10 feet.
    Anybody have any more info?

Trails are pretty clear . Upper Monks Pond is muddy. Everything else is ok. This was before 1/2 rain last night. KennedyPark is being ridden ,just shy away from the wet ones and have fun . Harry

We did a bunch of branch/tree removal & a small reroute Sunday, but there is still 3 or 4 too big to move trees that need to be taken care of. I am hoping a local w/a chain saw & a spare hour of time can get in there soon.

Most of them were in the middle of the climb from Kennedy (west mtn/reservoir rd) up to the top of the yukon ridge, I think they call part of that section Portuguese roll
