    Vietnam

    Hey guys,

Me and a mate are making a trip up to Mass and are going to hit up Vietnam. We are both on freeride bikes (sx trail and a cannondale perp). I want to know if its worth me putting the 2.3 minions back on my bike for Vietnam or just leaving the 2.4 tacky dh tyres on. Cheers for the help!

I've not used minions but I've used Highrollers 2.3, and although they grip well on the granite, I've had my share of pinch flats while running them with tubes in the rocky terrain. If tubless, I suppose they'd be fine with the lower pressures. Leaves cover the ground now and make any downhill and drop landing more sketchy. I'd say run the more aggressive tire.
Remember, you are unique, just like everyone else.

Thanks! I will leave my DH tyres on and just walk/struggle up the hills.
