    New to the area!

    Afternoon all,

I keep being told by the forum that i have never posted on this site before so here goes! Just flew in from the UK, and i'm here to stay, well in the US anyway, so just wanted to say hi and that hope you are all enjoying what you ride!! going to try out lynn woods this week, single speed hardtail freeride type thing, will I survive?

If any of you make it to the UK to go riding, checkout chocolate foot, the best forum in the UK as long as you don't mind the occasional use of french!

Nice! If you want to find more freeride stuff, stick to the north side of the park.

    Ween - The Grobe

You'll be just fine, even on the North side. I ride with a guy with SS HT, and it's all in the gearing. You'll give up some fireroad/singletrack capability if set for proper FR gearing, but fun in any case. PM if you're interested in Wed evening or Sun morning rides - you're welcome to tag along.
