    Heal up dude!

Maybe take a hike on some new trails you'e never been on to get outside, get some exercise and check a new spot out.

I did that a few times when I was on the sidelines and it was helpful. I drove to some new spots, scouted them out and then went back for a ride later when I healed up.

    Hang in there!

I got busted up a week ago myself. I'll be off the bike for 8 to 10 weeks. I am going to send my Lefty to Mendon and look forward to some awesome riding come November or so. Spin on a fluid trainer while you're watching freeride videos. Keep the faith!

Good time to work on that 650b project you were talking about doing earlier. The idea above to scope out some new stuff and hike is a great idea.

Heal fast and you will be fast.

Hope you heal up strong and well! Stay on the spinner and watch some videos, do a bunch of hiking and jogging, or maybe take something new apart so you have to learn how to put it back together.

Most importantly, take care of that shoulder so you come back in the spring riding hard and strong!
