Metrowest trails - what's in good shape?

With spring on us, we've got some mud and some dry trails - anyone care to chiime in on Singletary, Rayburn, or anything towards Uxbridge?

Callahan SP in Framingham is just fine - wet where it's always wet.

Cutler Park in Newton/ Needham is buff and rippable; also wet where always wet.
