HP trail recommend for 60 yr old w/ arthritis?

Hi, we just moved to a house near Harold Parker. My parents will come to us helping us out with the newborn baby.

I want to encourage my father to mountain bike in Harold Parker as a healthy exercise. He used to commute using bicycle a lot in the city, but never tried MTB. He got arthritis several years ago, so some of HP trails will not suit him physically.

Can you recommend any easy HP trails/fireroads for a 60 yr old person with arthritis?

Park in the Jenkins lot, and just ride up the paved road. If your Dad is feeling up to it, you can always turn up one of the many trails that intersect the road. If it gets to be too much, just do a 180, and go back to the paved road.
