    Hows Hawley?

Anyone been out there the past few weeks? I suspect it is still pretty wet - particularly after yesterday. Any report appreciated.

I hit some of the trails around Berkshire East today. They were still pretty wet.

Hawley is super, CTS is mostly dry, very good riding, we'll see what the pending rains do.

I went again this weekend. What a great spot. I should have been more specific, most of the wet stuff was on one trail - MST.

finally got out yesterday there as well. i had forgotten how much fun this place is and how much of an adventure getting lost is. good to see some building and trimming going on - kudos to the committed ones.

MST is an issue, there is a huge spring that dumps water until mid summer just across the property line up the hill from the trail. The Ski Team put in about 100' of boardwalk this spring and will probably do the same next year. Eventually, they'll get it hardened up enough for early season use, until then, the locals stay off that part of the trail until mid-June.

Good info! To be clear, I have no complaints - you guys are trail-buildin' heroes in my book. I'm probably going to make the drive from Boston for the third weekend in a row.
