    Holyoke Range/Wendell SF Sunday?

Any sense of trail conditions on the Holyoke Range or Wendell State Forest? I was thinking of heading down from VT on Sunday and would appreciate any local insight. Looks like the area got about .33 of an inch of rain on Friday, but with five or more days of dry weather preceeding that, and a dry windy day today, I'm thinking either (esp. Holyoke) might be good for a late fall ride. Did the big winds blow through yesterday as forecasted? Thanks

Angelo-I'm riding Bachelor st on Sunday at 1:00pm (Holyoke-skinner Range).

Trust me-it'll be drier than Wendell...by alot--Wendell needs a good freeze--next weekend wendell would be my choice

and no one knows wendell better than me.

    Bachelor St.

Thanks for the suggestions-had to cancel today due to sickness, hope to make it down before the snow accumulates.

    Saturday ride

How was your ride-were trails relatively dried out?

    Which side?

Which side is best at Wendell? I rode around the main body of the state park once and found some trails. Should I have gone south across the road from the park?

Trails were in decent shape, some wet spots but overall good.

Look at the nemba site for more trail information.
