    Giant Anthems in MA

    Hi,

I'm interested in checking out the Giant Anthem X2, but have had trouble finding a shop with any in stock in Eastern MA.

I've called Norwood Bike Depot, Bikeway Source and Harris Cyclery. Does anyone know of any places with a 45 minute drive or so of Boston that carry Anthems. Or at least places that would be worth calling?

    Any advice would be great.

    Thanks so much,

Wow, these are hard to find around here. No luck with Farina's. Anyone have other thoughts or are these bikes mostly gone?

Ohhh, looks like a sweet ride. But, I'm all about shorter travel and less weight these days. Everyone on the east coast can't be going the long travel route... can they?

ATA Cycle in Concord charged me $70 to put a chain on a 1995 Trek 930. Bring your check-book.

Have you looked at the Trances? It's a good compromise, not too heavy, and their in stock at more Giant dealers.

Ditto the Trance. Great bike for NE and lots of dealers have the 2s and 3s in stock.

Would you mind sharing which dealers have 2's and 3's in stock? Would like to be able to actually sit on one. Thanks

Bikes Unlimited in Greenfield had some back in December. Probably still around. If not a couple of us ride them out of the Wednesday rides - you could throw a leg over.

ATA has only small anthems left. I think one advanced or X0 and maybe one X2. They also have a Trance X2 in a medium or large.

Wednesdays are tough, when and where do you guys ride?

    Thanks for the help everyone.
