Easy Single Track in Central MA?

Hi all, I'm heading out to Central MA (Amherst area) this weekend, and introducing my GF to mountain biking (she's done a fair bit of road cycling before). I've done some riding at Batchelor street, and it's pretty brutal and definitely not what I would consider a good intro. Do you guys have any suggestions for easy singletrack in the area? I think stuff with more climbing and less technical would be better to start off with.

In the Connecticut River Valley, less technical means Robinson State Park in Agawam, or with a bunch more climbing Earl's Trails at the Notch in Amherst.

Pretty much every other riding destination in and around the valley is laden with rocks, roots, sudden steeps and/or tight turns.
