Boston - physical therapy - cycling specialist needed

Having some trouble with the knees, my doctor recomended I see a physical therapist. Does anyone know of any in the area that specialize in cycling related injuries/bike fit/body mechanics. Or can recommend someone at lease semi knowledgeble in the bike realm? Thanks in advance.

One other question, anyone know the best shop around boston for a good solid patient bike fitting?

there are numerous shops in boston that you can check out and are pretty decent. There is a landrys pretty much on the boston university campus. I've stopped by and all the people working there are real friendly. Don't know about the other stuff, sorry.
    Just ride.....

kennedy brothers in downtown boston. They are the bomb. Fixed me up and sent me on my way in better condition prior to my injury w/ my back. They focus in all sorts of sports medicine from running, cycling, sking etc...
