    Best trails after rain

All the recent crummy weather is getting pretty boring. I live and ride in central MA. Singletary, Rayburn, Sutton are pretty sloppy and to some extent flooded with all the rain. Which trails hold out better or dry up faster after all this rain. The hilly and technical sections of Singletary seems to be doing okay, but that only leaves one, maybe two, hours of riding.

I went hiking in Leominster over the weekend and that seems to be recovering well (at least for the trails I've explored). Pisgah, on the other hand, is sketchy, because of all the water keeping the rocks slick.

Anybody have any advice, or tips, for what trails are good or how long to wait for different trails?

I can't help you with your location. But I can boast that since moving to Cape Cod I've learned that the dominant sandy soils are a life saver for post rain rides.

I rode Willow St on Cape Cod immediately after a heavy rain this week and it was great.

Upton SF was a giant water fall 2 weeks ago, but now mostly OK aside from a few big puddles, Northboro area trails seemed alright, just the usual mud. Worst part is now these freaking bugs maaaaaan.

Decided to hit Leominster State Forest. The trail was great, but the Bugs were horrible. The Northboro trails and Lynn Woods are on my short list. I'll have to give them a try this weekend.

Yep. LSF is in my backyard. It was OK up until this week, but I won't ride there again until the woods flies die off. The were swarming me on the climbs which was pretty unbearable.
