Torque settings for 2011 Quad XM frames
Does anyone know where to find them? I can only seem to find the ones for older models on Marin's website and Marin is yet to respond to my query.

    Any assistance appreciated.

    Have a look at this - http://www.marin.co.uk/downloads/Mar...0Manual_V1.pdf

Torque settings are in section 8.

Thank you very much! For some reason I wasn't able to find this on the American site.

On a related note: That SKF anti-fret paste that Marin says must be used for reassembly is super expensive and comes in big tubs only :madman:

I can confirm that, just looked at it and its 50Euro's a can........ Maybe you should contact a cardealership and bring your own little can. How much do you need? Just a bit i think. Pay them a few $ and ready...

I'll go to a BMW parts shop that I know and see if they could give me some for reasonable money. Failing that, I'll get the alternative (as per Marin's manual) that I just found comes in smaller quantities that are not so heavy on the wallet: Castrol Optimol T for 10.99.

Ok, good to know. I work at a place where there are engines build every day. So I'm pretty sure that i can get my hands on some of this stuff there.
