This device is just chain tensioner, or something else? Who makes that?

@ rekrutacja, it is a chain tensioner I build myself on my CNC milling machine.
The chain tensioner works fine and I do no need any chain guide.

About your other question: The additional weight at the rear wheel need other shock tuning and a bit more air in the tire, but I have no problems.

The orange Mount Vision has got a new Fork.

Wow! How it works? How you attach it to frame? I properly recognize two springs for tensioning? Maybe you have schematics?

And, maybe: do you sale or trade such devices?

Large framed MV with mostly XTR 28-29lbs depending on fork, I use Maverick SC32's on it for lighter riding.
Pic taken on Exmoor in the UK.

    Lots of photos put together...

    08 mount vision.
After the xc race my buddy and I rode the lift up and did a run or two. I switched over to flats and lowerd the seat, otherwise it's the same setup.

Forgive the slower start, I had to get rid of the endurance race tunnel vision and race-then-sit legs.

My Mount Vision custom built. Total weight around 13kg. It's true, that replaced by Trek Remedy, but I'm reminiscing for them with tears in my eyes :-)

Posted this in the AM build thread and thought it might as well be here too.

2010 Mt Vision 5.6 size small. Almost nothing stock (shock, FD, and shifter only)

Lots of heavy iron on there. Looks like you do lots of AM work on it.

Yeah she's definitely not light, even with the Revelation saving a pound over the stock Tora. Don't have a scale but I'd guess 31-33 lbs? I like jumping off things more than I like pedaling up things fast so it works for me. Still climbs well but does have a tendency to wheelie a bit on the real steep stuff with the 60mm stem, just gotta get forward a bit more.
