Make sure the pivots are clean, dry and the bolts have the correct torque settings.

Stuff coming undone or dirt in the pivots/bolts/etc can make that kind of noise.

If that dosen't sort it, take it down your lbs to check the bearings.

I had the same prob with my 07. When peddling with force it made the worst noise. I spent 3 nights removing every bolt, cleaning every pivot, repacking all bearings, and when i was finally done I took the bike out and....same damn noise.

After all that time I figured out it was the peddles. I worked over the peddles and jammed a ton of grease inside the body and now the bike doesn't make a noise.

I did find thru all this that the last time i had overhauled the bike I had installed the front link upside down. The bike is SO much plush'r now.
