    Anyone riding a quad dh?

Looking for some feedback on the quad dh frameset. I'm considering building one up but I can seem to find any reviews yet.

    Anyone riding a quad dh?

I have a 2007 Quad XLT with 888's and better rims. XT and X9. Good tough frame, like the extra weight, use my other bike for going uphill/long distance. Will do full service on XLT in end of 2011 as it seems bullit proof. In fact, will be putting Nine Contenient 2808 (soon) in the rear to go up all day, just to bolt down again.

Get an older Marin dh frame with good travel, replace rear shock with something firmer post 2010 maybe, for allday riding. Oh and 200mm is too long int the front if riding up, forget it. Flat and DH really (unless 1100watts is powered into rear wheel!).

Once I built my 2010 Team DH up, I brought it to Whistler and it was like opening a bag of bunnies with a set of brass knuckles inside. I love it.
