It's a Tange. I'm looking for a Ritchey Logic - but no luck so far.

I'd love a Litespeed Ti fork (or Kona) but waaaay too expensive (if you can find one).

    Litespeed Obed - Purple
I'm looking to finally sell my Obed after owning it since 1994. She's purple and a real Classic. For Ti lovers looking for a unique ride, this is it. Let me know if you're interested. I could talk about the new components, tires, etc., but if you're interested in this bike, it's not because of components. It's still in great condition and rides like a dream.

    Ritchey Logic fork
Well, I have a Logic fork on the way to replace the Switchblade. I'll post pics when I get it all assembled.

    Nice thread worth of bikes!!!
I love Ti bikes I am looking at getting a newer Litespeed but I have to get rid of my Obed F/S I think it is a 1995 it has the glued on head badge and a yellow rear triangle that has the CNC'd rear shock mount. I have no idea what is could be worth to someone that cherishes retro Ti bikes. I can post a few pics and the spec list in the for sale area and a few pics here for the Ti bike subject.

As a point of reference, my brother just picked a '94 Obed F/S with the AMP rear for $160.

So he got it 160 complete and everything working? Nothing broken? Hell a mongoose from Walmart cost about that much or more. Doesn't sound right to me.

Well, the quadra fork needs either an elastomer or springs & it had flat tires. The guy selling was a weathly triathlete who just wanted it gone.

This has LX crank, hubs, cassette, and rear derailleur, XT front derailleur, XT V brakes (the one with the parallel travel linkage), gripshift 600, Avid SD 2.0 Levers (brakes very sensitive), Marin alloy bars and bar ends, Control Tech stem and seat post, Ritchey vector seat. It has stock rear shock and a 2001 manitou Mars Elite fork.

I think this should fetch a bit more than 160 USD.

    Here is a pic.

its not a cherry, but not a bad ride. I rode it from 1996 until 2004. it sat from july of 2000 until feb of 2001 and then again from april of 2003 until april of 2004. if I don't sell it I will try to find all Ti bolts for the frame, a pair of Judy SL in yellow, a lighter bar/stem/seat post combo and a risse racing shock and a spare built stock shock. Brand new cables all around and try to find an older XT crankset and rear derailleur.

It will be a slow process (funds limited) but will try to get it were I wanted it when I first bought it.

It had a set of Manitou Mach 5 SX forks but parts are bad and replacements are nonexistent.

not going to sell this, can't find the thread on this forum for the classifieds anyway. I am going to rebuild with all ti bolts and find the ti seat post and stem from litespeed also have amp rebuild the shock and send me a rebuild kit for the rear end and an amp seat stay brace.
I do need to find someone with a judy sl from the 90's to use on this for a good price (not ebay price)

    thanks

Were Merlin bikes built in 2004 - 2008 still built by Merlin? Thought the company had folded by then?
