    Hope Litespeed Niota Frame Issues?

    Hi
Had a Litespeed Niota Aluminium for 6 months and rate it as an excellent bike. However due to some negative feedback re frame cracking has anyone any photos or can they desribe exactly where the frame broke so I can keep an eye on it.

The one I saw cracked in three places, one of them all the way through.

The chainstay at the front close to the tube shaped piece behind the BB only had 1/4" to go before it was cracked through. At the base of the vertical strut that goes to the upper linkage, this was clean through. The other was one of the bearing housings on this tubed piece, can't remember if ti was DS or non-DS.

    Hope

    Thanks for that I think!
Will keep an eye on it as I will strip the bike periodically and inspect it glad I only paid $450.00 for it.

To their credit Litespeed stepped up and took care of it in double quick time. Hopefully they will be the same with any others.

    Mine is a Niota Ti.
It broke the rear triangle, here in Costa Rica I have seen 5 more broken ones all Ti.
Litespeed re designed the rear triangle and I just got the new setup , it has just come out.

Warranty has been great though, I didnt missed a single day of riding.
