What's the best tri-clone light on the market right now?
Is this the king of tri-clone mountain right now? The Solarstorm XT30/40 didn't fare too well in this review. Anything new and exciting in this space?
I wouldn't go as far to say that the one I reviewed is "King of the hill" but it is the best I've personally had an opportunity to play around with.

Coupled with XM-L2 emitters and you could have a very nice set-up. I also like the design of the bar mount which looks like it will be very stable.
The only thing I might question is the lamp design; While it looks nice I'm wondering if it is using a plastic outer shell (?). I see what looks like vent ports so correct me if I'm wrong.
