Small lights with single XM-L + reflector?

Are there any smaller lights than the MS lights with single XM-L + reflector?

A L&M Stella with XM-L would be awesome I think...

What I'd like is a light similar to MS/Tesla, only smaller. Heat dissipation may be a problem though..

This is a good question! It's surprising that there are not more compact set-ups using a single XM-L. Scar builds a duel XM-L that is small so he might be able to build a single without too much problem. I personally use an XM-L drop-in torch ( for helmet use mostly ) that has a small reflector and it does very well...even on medium. Moon lights has a single self-contained bar system as does others no doubt but these are almost the same as torches. It sounds like what you want is some thing like a Lupine Piko only with a single XM-L.

Piko with single XM-L and reflector, or an XM-L'ified Stella would be good headlights I think.

It shouldn't be impossible to have a body diameter of 30mm or below I think, especially when the Regina (19mm) performs relatively well with the XM-L. A well designed reflector of 25mm should therefore do the trick.
