Single Track lights / 200$ range

Hey guys, been doing some reading in the forums and getting some of the information but some of the abbreviations throw me off and I'm not trusting my self to quite go with the low end Chinese stuff yet.

Long story short, I'm trying not to push 250$ on both lights. Looking for a good spread on my handle bars and good beam on my helmet. I figure my longest night rides will be 3-4 hours.

I'm looking hard at the Fenix BT20 and Magicshine 872.
