quality battery pack for cree ssc-p7

My DealExtreme LED needs a new battery pack.
    It came w/ a 8.4V 6400mAh battery.
What is my best option for a quality replacement pack?
It has to have a 5.5mm plug like this:

    thanks.

That's probably a standard Magicshine connector, and High Quality LED Bike Lights from Gemini, Gloworm and Magicshine ? Action-LED-Lights has various good quality batteries that will fit. But note the advice in this post: what lights use MagicShine standard plug ? - Page 2- Mtbr.com as the size of the internal pin can also vary.

None of the chinese battery packs are what I consider quality. They also have poor run times. I'd suggest picking up a four battery case and getting some good quality 18650's for it, or taking some good cells to Batteries Plus and have them weld up group with the plug you take off your dead pack.
I will suffer no butt-hurt fools!

..adding to what Wombat said ( which was all good advice ), you want to check out the options that are sold by Mtbrevolution

For pre-assembled packs I can't think of any other vendor who offers a better price for a complete product ( battery and battery bag ). ( some of the batteries are available from USA shipping warehouse and some aren't. ) Depending on what kind of lamp you have the 5200mAh ( soft pack ) is a good place to start. Likely your original battery didn't have the listed capacity which is not unusual considering where you bought it.
