I just tried out the NiteRider Lumina 650 on both the bar and on the helmet. Both are excellent. It's lightweight and very bright with a broad beam. The six mile ride after dark was fabulous because of the good visibility. I would definitely recommend the light!
I picked one of these up about a week ago and I havent got a chance to try it out yet. this week after the clocks roll back I'm sure I will though. I think I'm going to put this on my helmet and get another light for the bars.
Anybody have a good inexensive light to put on the handlebars to compliment the lumina 650? Magicshine 808?
I really like my Magic Shine 880U. Only used it a handful of times so far, but it seems to put out a great beam with decent spread. I ride fairly rocky and stumpy single track too, so it's not like i was just rolling down a gravel road.
I'm looking at one of these as well. If you had to choose between helmet or frame which way would you go?
