    Nightrider lights advice

I need lights to do familiar trails during the weekday evenings. These arent amazingly technical, but tight twisty singletrack. Is this combo overkill? Any other combos I should consider? There are too many choices!!!

That's similar to my set-up. I use the NR 1800 with a NR Lumina 650. I consider my set-up overkill, I could get by with a lot less, but it is very nice to have plenty of light and I am very happy with it.

Better to have & not need, rather than need & not have.

My sense is that the 1800 will overpower the 350. Maybe consider the Pro 750 for the bar and the Lumina 650 for the helmet. Or maybe just two 650s.

My advice is to ignore the highest lumen ratings as they are only good for 90 minutes. Go down to the second or third level and make sure the burn times will exceed your ride times.

Ended up with 2x NiteRider Lumina 650's - one for the bars, one for the helmet gives me 800 lumens for 3 hrs. $210 from REI yesterday.
