New Xeccon Sogn 700 wired bit the dust... no luck with contacting them. Am I SOL?

Anyone know if Xeccon is still around? Tried to contact them and their # rings some other company, emails have gone unanswered..

Loved the light for the short time it worked. Kinda disappointed as I have two spiker 1210's that have worked flawlessly for years.

The battery pack will power the other Xeccon lights, the green light comes on on the light itself but I can't get the bulbs to come on.. Any thoughts?

Hi Tom, replied your only e-mail to us at mtbRevolution. Which e-mail address did you sent to previously?

Anyway, I will speak to you about sending the faulty Sogn 700 back to Bloomington IN. Will arrange a replacement for you.

Try this email. I got a response from them a few weeks ago when inquiring about a new model light. They are slow to respond (they are located in China).

    info@xeccon.com

Also tigris99 is reviewing preproduction test samples of the Xeccon z11 so me thinks he has contacts at Xeccon.

Hope ths helps. I know it sucks to be out of a light. I lost my tail light today.

Thanks, it's worth a shot. I moved on to some Gloworm lights and have been extremely pleased.

The Sogns amd Geineas have been replaced with new models. A 6-LED Z (or Zeta) replaces the Sogn 700. Things are a bit slow as they are trying to complete over 20 individual models from Zetas, dynamo and e-Bike lights to road commuter lights.

Hi Tom, why? I thought your issue would have been resolved months ago. Xeccon honors all warranties but it must be through the seller. What was the sellers response?

mtbRwvolution can you help Tom? Xeccon makes good products. I'd hate to see their brand tarnished by lack of customer support.

Where can we see beamshots of th Zeta? Looking for a big throwy / floody light.

No beamshots at this time. It has 6 x XM-L2 U3. Pics of pre-production unit. Final product will come with center mount. Test packaging in 2nd pic

It was an ebay purchase. New light, but I guess the seller is a business but not a dealer. He didn't seem interested in helping, and Xeccon never got back to me.

I don't think I'll be buying or recommending anymore Xeccon lights. They took 3 weeks to respond to my email.

I'll stick with companies that have support for their customers.

Hi Tom, what was the eBay seller's user-ID? I will look into this for you.

    PM Sent.

Thanks for the help! I pretty much wrote this one off and gave up on it but thank you. Purchased mid November '15 and it gave up on me after 2-3 uses. Sent the original email to Xeccon on 2-5-16, no response to this date.

Thanks for that. Get back to you soon.

General note to all: Xeccon like all manufacturers around the world do not directly deal with warranties and generally do not answer end-user e-mails. Warranty questions or claims should be done through the seller whether online or bricks & mortar store.

Thank you. I understand the issues at work here and that's why I gave up on it. I do appreciate the help and a positive outcome would be an unexpected bonus at this point.

I appreciate you going above and beyond on this one.
