    That first one looks like it ways 10 pounds! You probably have to weld it directly to the handlebar in order for it not to move.

    It looks like it uses 2 O rings. That will keep it from moving when it's damp out. Good for the cartoon effect.

    It's good they've got arrows on the top too. It'd be really easy to hook it up pointing the wrong way and sear your retinas.

    You'd look pretty cool on the trails with it strapped on your helmet. It probably comes with a battery pack the same size and weight as a car battery.

    Apparently not. As long as Halo's been out, we're probably days away from Halo2. I hear 14 LED's is the new bright.
