Props to GMG for excellent service.

I purchased a 1000 setup and then a second one when my other light appeared to fail...
Well I somehow had set the other light into lock mode and after figuring this out had not even looked or taken out my second magic shine till about a month and a half later. When I did I found my lens was cracked and broken.

I looked at my e-mails from the past and found an order number and sent a short e-mail to GMG explaining the situation and offering to purchase if he was unable to warranty the lens.

I received a quick reply saying he would get one out to me and a few days later I had a new lens no charge.
