    Sweet.

I took an iphone shot of my previous model duo. 25 yards to the fence at full power.

Well, I took a few pics with my iphone but they all look about the same to me. In general I can tell that the gloworm x2 is a bit more powerful but it's also a bit heavier and is more busy with the external switch. For what I'm doing which is bikepacking I will be sticking with the Gemini Duo. It is smaller, lighter and plenty bright enough for me. Both lights seem to be at about the same level of construction quality.

I set the Duo's UI to 10%, 20% and 100% and I'm more than happy with the brightness levels. I let the Duo run for almost an hour sitting on the kitchen table at 20% power and it barely even got warm.

If I was planning on bombing down tight singletrack and only riding for an hour or two then I'm sure the Gloworm would be the smarter pick.

I have been using the Lupine Piko's for several years now but I think I have just found a perfect replacement with the Duo! Being able to set my own power levels starting at 10%/150 lumens is perfect. When I'm taking my bike for a hike on some crazy trails I don't need much light.

Can't go wrong with the duo.
