    frame mount light?

Do a lot of night riding on steep, rough, singletrack. Use a Dinotte 1200L on both my helmet and handlebar. However, the light on the handlebar suffers from a lot of moving back and forth as I pedal on slow climbs. Occured to me that this would be much less if the light was mounted to the frame (like headtube), not the handlebars or fork. Any ideas on how to mount a light on the frame itself? Thanks.
I can't think of anything witty.

I usually turn my bar light off or on the lowest setting on climbs like that for the very reason you state. Saves some battery life too. Frame mount is an interesting idea. I'd still want a bar light though, I think.
