The Lupine is definitely cool to me and I will consider this one for my road bike. Love that it doesn't have a hard-mount but uses a band for east on/ of the issues I have with many taillights.

The Fly6 with the camera is cool, but out of my price range. I get that the technology and innovation has to start somewhere though, and I'm sure they (or similar ones) will be much more affordable in no time.

The Dinotte with 200 lumens almost seems dangerous in that you could blind drivers

The Serfas is the most interesting to me, because of the range of view, allowing people from the side to see you too. And the price isn't too bad.

For those on a real tight budget, I have several of the cheap tail lights, and I have to say, I'm always pretty impressed with the brightness of this light.
Yes it's cheaply made. Yes it has too many modes. I have my doubts that it's water proof. But when I compare it to my other tail lights, it's damn bright, and has decent range out to the sides thanks to the reflectors in the lens. Buy a couple, maybe waterproof it better if that's important to you (I try not to ride in the rain), and call it good. If you don't like it, or it doesn't hold up, you're only out $2.60. It might not be the best option of the die-hard, all weather commuter, but for the occasional cruise around town at night, it's a very decent light.

A local has one of those fly tail lights. Really impressed with the picture quality.

I am running a regular Serfas Thunderbolt and it is very bright. I have had co workers see me flashing down the road almost a mile away at night. Adding the side visibility is only better as the light shown is clear.

The pedals turn, not just the left one, but the right one too.
