I tried to contact there web site today and it is not up anymore. Did they go out of business? i just bought a light off the the review form the forum and now it will not work . What gives? Any info would be helpful thanks

I see nothing on the web indicating that they went out of business. Likely their server went down, it happens. If they are not back up in a couple days that could indicate a bigger problem. Stuff happens on long holiday weekends.

Last I know was that Bikeray USA was to become Xeccon America. If you google Xeccon America, it seem that some of the link does not work. There is one link that seem to work and here it is:

Not too long ago, they sent me a Speed I for review while they were changing over. It is the flood sister to the Speed II. I am not sure who will be representing Xeccon America for their product, nevertheless the Speed I will be review soon and be noted as Xeccon America indstead of Bikeray USA.

So Coach would send his light to Xeccon for repair I'm assuming.

Coach, keep us updated as to how the repair process goes.

Yes, we did have major problem with our website, server and even with emails.
Please accept our sincere appology.

We had to get different domains, and still had issues, however, here is new domain name that we are still rebuilding everything from scratch.

I finally got back off of vacation and contacted Bikeray . they ask me to return the light and I did so today and we will see how there service is . thanks for the contact. BIKERAY.

I got the new light head today and it worked well tonight. Thanks Bikeraay or X america . i don;t know what to call you now . I can't complain about there service . It was taken care of no questions asked .
