I think if you're considering one of the Chinese made 4 or 5 LED lamps it would be a better idea to buy the lamp head separate and buy the battery from a known vendor. You should also be aware that almost all of the lamps you linked to are not yet widely reviewed. What can be said is that they will all get hot very fast. That said, a lamp that has 3 steady modes ( H-M-L ) will make the lamp more usable since you will need to use the lower modes most of the time so the lamp doesn't over-heat.

Since you're in the market for a new bike light I should also mention that some of the companies that sell bike lights are releasing lights with new features. It shouldn't be too long before there are lamps with the new XM-L"2". I have a friendly relationship with one of the vendors of the Xeccon products and at times review their products. If you can wait a while longer Xeccon should be releasing some very interesting offerings before the start of summer. ( including some lamps with the new XM-L2. )

Without getting too techno..the XM-L2 should be about 20% brighter than the XM-L U2. This means at a given level of light it can run more efficiently. By the end of the year you should see more bike light manufacturers using the XM-L2.
