    beginner DIY light questions

Hi. I have been searching the forums for a beginner DIY light setup (2200 lumen and 2.5 hour battery life on high). I think I have the setup I need but have a few questions.

    Proposed setup:
    A. ) Solarstorm x2
    B. ) Panasonic battery pack from hulk lee (Panasonic NCR18650B 7.4V 6800mAh protected 2S2PM ).
C.) Charger also from hulk lee (A DC8.4V 1A Intelligent Charger for MagicShine)

Questions:1.) Order solarstorm head unit via Fasttech OR lightmalls?
2.) Does the battery above have the magicshine/solarstorm connections or do I have to buy this?
3.) In regards to water resisting this battery, Duct tape and zip lock bag? I've seen a case but not sure if the battery will fit.
4.) Assuming the connector is magicshine type I just order extension lengths of the same format? 5.5/2.1mm

    thanks for the help

You will want to make sure that the battery has the threaded cable end that mates up to the Solar Storm cable...they are different than Magicshine.
