    Anyone recognize this light setup?

I bought a bike on craigslist and the guy threw in a light. It's got a battery pack and 3 LEDs. I'm no expert in bike lighting and this is my first bike light so I'm just wondering if anyone knows what it is.
The switch lights up blue when off and green when on and orange(sometimes) when it is on 3 led mode. It can do all 3, the outer 2, or just the middle one.

It looks like a Magicshine 816, or 816 clone.

The light on the button changes to reflect the battery level.

Can the battery be over charged? I know I had some battery packs awhile ago for something else that could. I'm also trying to find some replacement rubber rings that clamp it on the bars. It didn't come with any spares and I'm using a rubber band to hold the switch on.

Most batteries have protection circuits built in to prevent overcharging. However, I wouldn't leave it on the charger for too long after it has reached full charge. There are some risks involved in charging these batteries. Cheap ones can explode or catch on fire.

You can get the rubber bands from action led.
