1000, 1200, 1800 lumen for the same lights. Noob ?

Looking at getting a couple of the china magic shine knockoff single Cree xlm T6 lights. But seeing what looks like the exact same light with different ratings from different vendors. Is there any difference in these or is it just bs? Wanting to order from a vendor that ships form inside the US and currently leaning towards this one but it's listed as 1000?

The ad numbers are total fantasy. I even doubt the T6 bin claim as well. The Chinese light builders know that the consumer has absolutely no way to measure output or tell what bin of LED is in a light, so they advertise whatever spec they feel like. If it is truly an XML T6 then 600-700 lumens would be close to reality
