    XPG Quad kits?

It seems cutters and ledsupply has triple xpg kits, but I'm looking for quad kits and I haven't found any, could any of you recommend a place that sells quad XPG with lens?

No worries. Cutter website is confusing. Great customer service though.
That above link did not take you directly to the quad information page. At the top of that page link click on the "XPG on MCPCB" tab and the pcb and optic information is towards the bottom of the page.

Hopefully they will get some more WC MCE M bins in soon.
I thought I was the only guy still buying those.

...which begs the question: Are these optics ( for XP-G ) going to be able to provide a tighter beam pattern? ...or is this just the same basic design as used with the triple only with an extra optic?

Yes fundamentally these are all part of the same 10mm series of Carclo Optics which include the
    10mm square
    20mm Round triple
    and this new range

That's a pity. The XP-G is deserving of a tighter 10mm design optic. Maybe it's not possible.

Am I correct in saying that the square optic is 19mm x 19mm?
Is there a mpcb the same size or slightly smaller to suit?

Those ones are square boards for the square optic which is 19mm x 19mm, why would the board need to be smaller than that? The smallest individual optics are 10mm x 10mm so even using 4 of those won't get you a smaller footprint

Doesn't that have to be atleast 19 x 19 to fit the optic?

Can you post some pics, maybe in another thread so as to not get this one too sidetracked. I'd be keen to have a look at what you're doing as I have often thought of ways to do a lighthead that reduced from the optic down to the "workings"

Sorry ignore my previous post the optic wont fit anyway..
I thought there was a few mm round the actual optic that could be used as an overlap to sit the optics in the front of a square tube..

Thanks for the heads up there Zen

99% probably prefer the WD. I really like the WC though.
Something about that slight blue/harsh tint just works for me.

Thanks as always to everyone at Cutter (WeLight).
