Quick question - take care of the battery for my lights

I recently picked up a set of magicshine lights and I want my batteries to last as long as possible. Do I need to leave these batteries stored fully charged, no charge, do I need to run them down after every use (like older lights)? Can you give me some tips and tricks so I don't destroy my batteries? Thank you in advance.

recharge them after every use, never run them completely empty, store them part discharged (60% remaining) and in a cool dry place. Never charge them when they're cold, wait for them to get up to room temp. THat's about all I can think of

with Lithium cells, you never want them to discharge completely. The Magicshine batteries have protection circuits built into them that (I hope) will cut power completely if any cell drops below a certain threshold.

Will do! Thank you very much. I'm new at this and didn't want to end up replacing my batteries early. Rep for ya both
