    Niterider replacement bulbs

Hey guys and gals...I have an older NR Classic that has a cloudy 20W bulb....All I can find for a replacement is a 6v, 15W locally. Looking around I have found some 12V 20W bulbs at my local dive shop...these look just like the NR units and have the matching wattage/voltage. Has anyone used these, or something like them?

    Thanks!

Do you need a 6V or 12V bulb? Don't interchange them. If it has the same base (and is the same size), voltage, and a similar wattage, you should be OK. It's probably easiest to just order directly from Niterider. I believe they sell replacement bulbs direct.

Hey Tozovr: Don't buy the replacement bulbs from anywhere except the manufacturer. Niterider bulbs and for that matter Planet Alias bulbs are superior to aftermarket bulbs. They're more expensive but worth it. You probably have a 12v system if it's an older system.
