    Thanks for the top tip Matt
    cant remember which thread it was on but the suggestion th cut a section from a carbide saw blade for a parting tool was a good un .





    I cut some 10 mm deep grooves super fast and then parted off the whole way through some 50 mm dia ali .

    cuts like hot knife through butter once I had found the right dremel stone to sharpen it

    took me a couple of very pleasant weeks to read through all of it, some really amazing stuff on there.

    Looks like you have at least another 3 or 4 more spares when that one dulls

    Matt thats a great thread you linked to though gonna take a while to go through it .

    got up to the Dumb birds now there is a cracking idea for holding stuff while soldering

    it's awesome. One day I'll have to go through it again. Some of the stuff in there is simply astounding, especially some of the watch making tools.
