    li-ion battery terminals

    hi peeps
    bought this li-ion battery the other day there is +/- terminals but all so a T and C would they be temp and current or am i lost.

    T is the internal thermister used for temperature monitoring. I'm not sure about C, possibly a balance connector for the two cells.

    C is common for balancing. And this thing is rather old, don't you think?

    They are used for safety cut off when charging, depending on the charger, they may also stop the battery being charged below freezing. The question is what type of charger you are using? If you are modifying the camera charger, then it may not charge if these aren't connected, if not, don't worry about them.

    those chargers , usually do 400-500ma,
    the MS does 1800ma at start,...
    not recommended,
    thought if it is a 4 cell it will probably survive .
