    Did I order the right LED's?

    Newbie right here.

    I'm building an achesalot design as my first DIY setup. I ordered Q5 bin Crees from here:

    I didn't think about color/tint before I ordered, but these appear to be WG tint? What's that going to look like , and does it really matter?

    I see a lot of threads about people building custom Cree setups, but I haven't noticed many listing the tint they sourced.

    WG's are good but WH's would be better. I have experience with two WD's and two pairs of WG's. The WD's were very stale and colorless. The first pair of WG's looks great. They are a greenish yellow tint when dimmed but really look great when power is applied. Leaves, dirt, bark, and straw have a very natural color. The second pair of WG's lean towards the WD side. They resemble the WD's more than the WG's but the color is still pretty good.

    It is impossible to tell what the true color output will be until you compare them to other CREE's.
