    Damn you, Blackburn...

How about some quality control.....I would expect a new system to contain a non-faulty battery......
your solution: send my battery back (on my dime, unacceptable)
my solution: return the system and vow never to purchase another Blackburn product...

thanx for the $hitty customer service...

ya, you're probably right...I guess expecting a company to produce a quality product and provide customer service is asking too much...

I suppose this was with a System X light battery. Same thing happened to me two weeks ago with a new System X3 that I got really cheap on ebay.

I shipped it to them and received a replacement battery a week later. I had to call them first to get a return number which was not that much of a hassle. They stand behind their products if you give them a chance.

    Actually...

...for once I wasn't being sarcastic. Maybe some negative pub on here will light a fire under them.

I'd take one more crack at customer service or find the name of someone high up at the company and let them know.
    Sorry what?
