BLT Gamma-Ray SL2-42
Hi, I'm new to this forum so please be gentle!
I have a perfectly good set of Gamma-Ray SL2-42 lights but the SLA water bottle battery has now expired. I cannot find a replacement. Is there an alternative power source that would work with these lights e.g Ni-Mh, without altering the bulbs or does anybody know where I can get an original? I'm still running the standard 10w+15w bulbs. I believe these are 4.8v? I cannot find a contact email @ BLT or Norco (the parent company) and the UK importer Windwave say they no longer import. Anybody out there that can help me?
I'm in the UK.

Thanks for your reply. I've just split open the waterbottle and it's a 6v 5ah. non-standard size for sure. I'm going to go for:
I guess 5ah gives longer burn time. This shape will be easier to make a container for too.
yep that`ll do nicely, and this will be the cheapest solution to the problem,
........ stick around Ric, i know it wont be long before you`ll go LED

Great - thanks again for you help- battery ordered.
I've just looked at your video of the LED's - very impressive.
