Thwang, is that the smooth reflector, or the OP version?

I have the OP version, and it has a great beam with the XML.

I have about 20 of them that are going into lights for riding buddies.

Great deal on them. Especially if you buy them in BULKRATE pricing. If you buy 5 of the 4 packs, they come out to $1.16 each shipped. Absolutely a steal for an aluminum reflector.......as long as you don't mind waiting a month for them....= )

Here is a link to the ones I got..........

What type of switch are you using? I am building a single xm-l light with the same board, but have no idea on the type of switch to use.

Vroom I'm pretty sure the mount is a cateye one, it certainly looks similar to what use.

    Looks killer.
The recess of the back plate was a nice touch.

you can run it whichever way you want to, front to back, back to front. You might even be able to run it side ways, though you probably wouldn't want to

Nice work! They have a shorter version of the Judco switch that would look better with lower profile (same one as scar's Amoeba). I have the same one you do and the tall rubber boot ruin the aesthetics for me. But my light is just an ugly but functional 1" square tube jobby. Your light deserves better.

You should set it on your bench and slowly raise the reflector off of the LED to see if it makes a beam pattern your happy with. I know on some reflectors you need to space them off of the pcb.
