    Well..

Just put money down on a 2011 Kona Unit. Can't wait. I've been off the bike for 2 years and I feel like hammered ****. Gained way to much weight and being a clyde already, it sucks balls. Time to get on it and change myself. Shop should have the bike in by end of the month.. Guess my only other thing is to build up a good wheelset.

Had a guy show up in May last year for my beginner group ride. Came almost every week and lost a good 60+ lbs, mostly focused on just spinning. Bikes are good for you!

I got some goals. Lose 50+ and try to do a race (for fun just to see if I can finish).

Thanks. I just need to stick to it. I've pretty much cut out chips and candy now. Soda.. Thats gonna be a tad harder due to the nasty headaches I'll get when stopping.. so.. I'm trying to limit myself... One at work, one at home.. I mean. I can't totally stop.. What else will I mix with my Gentleman Jack.

as for the jack (im a jameson man myself) i like it with a splash of water.

speaking of water, you should try to put down a gallon a day.
