    Rear Shock Bushings - Satori

My bike has developed the dreaded suspension clunk, now noticeable when I pick it up. Further investigation leads me to believe that I need new bushings for the rear shock. Does anyone know the part number(s) or specs for a 2012 Satori?

Also interested to hear if anyone has changed their suspension bearings. Can you do it with standard tools?

It sounds like the bushing at the shock eyelet is worn. Those are specific to the shock and require a special tool to press them out. Any bike shop should be able to sell & install them for you pretty cheap.

The pivot bearings are of various sizes and require the proper bushings to press them in. I've replaced my main pivot bearings and will likely be replacing the others this winter. I wouldn't recommend trying to press them in using sockets or other "shade tree" techniques as there is very little bearing race exposed on these types of bearings.

Thanks for the input. For those interested the eyelet bushings are 8x22.2.
