    New to Full Suspension

    came from a jamis hardtail just got a Kona Tanuki, i was wondering i weight 205lbs how much psi should i put in the front and rear shock. because i went riding for the first time the other day and it felt stiff in the front

    front shock: rockshox tora solo air 130mm
    rear shock: kona faster af2

    General rule of thumb is to sag about 30% on shock and adjust to feel. RockShox usually puts a chart right on the fork leg for front pressure guidelines.
