No helmet. too hot for nothing. Know how many times I have hit my head in 30 years of riding? 2 Two times! Thats it. Sometimes I do wear one when I am pushing my limits, trying new big things. Those times are rare.

But out here, you can slip on icy sidewalks walking to the corner store. How long till we have to wear a helmet just to walk outside in the winter?

Everybody in here feels the need to preach about helmets. Let the "stupids" not wear one and get knocked out of the gene pool on their own, no need to open your mouths.

I wonder how head injuries per 100 people riding DH compares to 100 walking on icy sidewalks compares?

I willing to bet, within our life we will all be compelled to remain inside our protective bubbles.... never ever risking anything. Forget about survival of the fittest. Lets legislate every kind of safety device imaginable. The way these 'helmet police' are so worried about my head, makes me wonder how we ever survived as a species throughout the ages?

In the old days, the dumb ppl would be killed by dumb 'accidents'... so now we are supposed to protect the dumb? So they can breed and make dumb little kids? Ya sounds like a sound plan.

I agree 100%. If you can't see the risk for yourself, I wont stop you from eliminating yourself from the gene pool.

prime8 what gives,i cant seem to understand your posts one bit.

in one sentence you seem to think that people wearing helmets are dumb due to the survival of the fittest then you agree totally that if kona4lyf cant see the risks its his fault.

all i said was in the begining that wear a helmet,he dont have to its his choice, but i think thats where you are coming from also its his choice if hes dumb enough not to then its his fault not ours.

ahh bollocks now i look dumb.

prime8 your point is noted thanks.

oh well people back to posting konas in action.

I don't remember seeing the term "burst" in the menu options. Essentially you can set the camera to take from 1-10 frames after releasing the shutter button. Then you can also use the timer to delay the first frame up to 20 seconds...

here is another using the same delayed multiple frame method.

    nice shot

boltupright - is that image photoshopped? how is the rider in perfect focus while evrything else is out of focus. I like the shot. just wondering how it was done.

    It's called photography

Different ISO and shutter speed, and methods of taking the picture can result in all sorts of cool shots.

Definitely not photoshopped, I was there riding while they were and the whole family was killing it on the trails!
