Kona Four Sizing for Rear Shock Kit?

I have a 2008 Kona Four that came with the Rockshox Bar 2.1, I just upgraded to a Rockshox Monarch RT3. I thought the two would just swap....WRONG! What size rear shock kit do I order http://http://www.bti-usa.com/public/group/RS780?

I recieved an answer on the Kona Website after their guy talked to Rockshox. His response was as follows ""Great to see a customer choosing Monarch. They need 1/2" mount hardware for the new shock."

Fox and RockShox are the same dimensionally so if a retailer says they "stock Fox" hardware, that will work.

If there are no retailers with it, 31.8 x 8 and 22.2 x 6 should be available from a distributor."

Thanks MTBR anyway, love the forum. Here is the answer in case anyone else needs the same thing. Board Message

Went throughout the same problem. Kona Tech gave me the answer as well. This was their response at the time:

Hi the hardware you need for the Fox shock is M8x31.8mm top, and M6x22.2mm
bottom. It may be possible that the eyes on the Rockshox damper body are a
different size. I'll see if I can put my hands on one here to check.

    Happy Trails!
