Smile How to shave a dog's weight?

Hello everyone. Here's a quick question....what would be your suggestions on ways to shave a few pounds from my 2004 dawg stock spec's. I'm not a weight weenie i am curious if there are little things i can do to drop a few pounds. Tubeless tires would be a possibility...does anyone run Stan's and if so does it really work for you? Trading out my seatpost and bars for lighter ones is another. Any suggestions would be great and appreciated. James

Lighter wheels...assuming you have the stock Mavic 223's and Deore hubs, which aren't exactly light.
